OUR JUDAIZED MENTALITY

I have just completed working on the proofs of the text of my translation into English of St. Vladika Nikolai's Pastoral Letters from a Concentration Camp. Vladika expresses the full faith of the Orthodox Church about the sinless conception of Jesus Christ from Virgin Mary. Even I - supposedly an Orthodox believer - felt somewhat uncomfortable with this supra-rational dogma.

The Jewish Talmud pokes fun at this basic Christian tenet about the immaculate conception of our Savior. In the last thirty years I have written and published several books about the de-Christianization (i.e. judaization) of the mentality of Euro-Americans. Yet the years of schooling and living in the disbelief of the Western world have left an indelible impression upon my mental attitude: I have in my unconscious still retained an initial rationalist doubt contrary to the full Christian faith. I had to bring myself to consciously accept the obedience to an intact faith of the Church: I had to argue in my mind that the Church teaches about the suprarational reality. I had to accept the fact of my momentary hesitation to bow to supernatural authority of the Church tradition and belief.

That means that in a part of my mind I had hidden a rationalist unbelief in heavenly reality. Paganism is deeply ingrained in academically educated minds. That means that the unbelieving Jew so clearly exhibit in the opponents and haters of Christ, has been multiplied in billions of minds of those living in the modern Western world. We have been infected with the same unbelieving Jewish attitudes as depicted in the pages of the New Testament. Our mentality has become Judaized! We have become Jews in the depths of our minds.

What a disgusting discovery! However repellent, I had to admit that in part of our minds we are like unbelieving Jews. We have unknowingly become Judaized!

Once we admit that, we are forced to recognize that we have reverted to Satan's ways of thinking. The whole civilization and culture has become anti-Christ! The Jewish mentality reigns supreme in the minds of most Christians.
